Cherished Place Adult Day Services provide a safe and engaging social environment for individuals who may need some medical assistance or memory support services. Club members are offered a variety of recreational, intellectual, social and spiritual success-based activities and are encouraged to participate in programs specifically tailored to their abilities.
About the Foundation
The Lutheran Life Communities Foundation was established in 2007 as the preferred channel to receive gifts for:
- Lutheran Home, Arlington Heights, Ill.
- St. Pauls House, Chicago, Ill.
- Pleasant View, Ottawa, Ill.
- Wittenberg Village, Crown Point, Ind.
- Luther Oaks, Bloomington, Ill.
- The Arlington, Naples, Fla.
Governed by a volunteer board of directors, the Foundation's purpose is to help advance the mission of Lutheran Life Communities of empowering vibrant, grace-filled living across all generations.
The Foundation offers a full range of charitable gift planning options to help maximize the impact of gifts while also meeting the financial and tax objectives of donors.
Your Gifts Matter
Lutheran Life Communities strives to ensure that the financial capacity of people who need healthcare services does not prevent them from receiving care. Your support has a significant impact on our ability to continue providing the highest quality care. For example, one in five Lutheran Life Communities residents benefits from benevolent care (see below). Our ability to provide this is completely dependent upon charitable gifts.
Where Your Gift is Needed
Lutheran Life Communities relies on charitable gifts to carry out our mission of empowering vibrant, grace-filled living across all generations. Gifts of any size truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Gifts may be designated in memory or honor of an individual or group. Gifts of $100 or more will be recognized in the Foundation's annual report.
How to Make a Gift
You can make a gift today through our secure online website. You can select from a variety of funds that support our campuses and programs and you can designate your gift in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend.
