The independent residential living monthly service fees are based on the size of your Villa or apartment and the number of occupants. This all-inclusive fee covers a wide-variety of amenities, services, enrichment and wellness opportunities —including your one meal per day in our dining venue, indoor and outdoor maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, scheduled transportation, concierge services, fitness center, parking, community events, and much more.

Lutheran Life Communities has been faithfully serving older adults by providing residential and healthcare options since 1892. We are a not-for-profit, mission-based organization and welcome people of all faiths, beliefs and traditions. Wittenberg Village is one of four communities in Indiana and Illinois.
