Mother’s Day celebration at Luther Oaks

On Mother’s Day, May 13, nearly 200 Luther Oaks residents and family members attended a special brunch.
The dining rooms were filled with the scent of lemons and tea bread, and beautiful blue linens and centerpieces decorated the tables. Guests were served a delicious spread, which was specially prepared by Luther Oaks’ Culinary Services team: shrimp cocktail, strawberry pretzel salad, seven layer salad, chicken florentine with lemon rice, marinated pork loin with steamed vegetables, carved prime rib, white truffle macaroni and cheese, a pancake bar, sausage and cheese quiche, as well as mini desserts and cupcakes.
Guests raved about the food and complimented the beautiful tables. Luther Oaks staff made sure Mother’s Day was celebrated and honored in style and taste.
