The Arlington Heights Community and Lutheran Home employees had a little bit of fun and a little bit of karaoke last Friday as thousands attended the Mane Event in downtown Arlington Heights. The Friday evening community event is held annually and precedes the weekend running of The Arlington Million at Arlington Park Racetrack.

It was a beautiful, sunny day Wednesday, June 29 for the 5th Annual SOS Cancer Walk. Staff, family members, volunteers and residents from the Lutheran Home and neighboring Luther Village walked on campus to aid in the fight against cancer.
