Job Description
Serves as Nurse (RN or LPN) renders professional nursing care for the comfort and well being of the residents. Administers prescribed medication, maintains residents’ medical records and may assist physician during treatment and observation.

Job Requirements
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college. Current Illinois RN or LPN licensed required. Experience in geriatrics preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak English effectively to individuals, groups of customers, or employees of the organization. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, customers, employees, and the general public. Possess excellent customer relation skills.
