Ann Hansen

Ann Hansen works primarily with those considering Hearthstone Assisted Living and Crossroads Memory Support at Luther Oaks.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in social work and 15 years of experience working with seniors and their families.  Ann and her husband live in Bloomington with 12-year-old twins and her 2-year-old son.  Ann enjoys time with her family and many outdoor activities.

Aggie Hedin

Aggie Hedin works with seniors and their families analyzing their future living options.  She also communicates with medical professionals, social workers, and others who advise seniors, on the numerous benefits Luther Oaks has to offer senior clients.   She has 20 years of experience working with seniors and physicians in the health care and finance industries.  In her spare time, Aggie enjoys gardening, cooking, volunteering at church and spending time with family.  Aggie and her husband, Glen, reside in Bloomington with their 12-year-old daughter.

Karen Coughlin

Karen Coughlin’s professional focus is to help seniors make a plan for their future, one that includes all that Luther Oaks’ Independent Living Apartment Homes.  She has 30 years experience working in the medical and insurance fields with seniors.  Her diverse background helps her understand the various needs of seniors. Karen is a native of the area and lives in Normal with her husband, Patrick.  She has two children and is very involved in her church, serving in a ministry leadership role with the Welcome Team.  Karen spends free time in her flower gardens, discovering antiques, and reading.
