Job Description
Maintains sanitation of pots, pans, and utensils at all times by:

• Properly disposing of leftover food.
• Filling three compartments sink with proper amount of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Following proper cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing procedures of all pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner.
• Proper storage of pots and pans.
• Make sure pans are dry.
• Sweeping and mopping area (PM’s).

Job Requirements
Must be able to read and write legibly in English. Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Must be able to verbally communicate information to customers and other employees. Work schedule may include working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
