Lutheran Life Communities President & CEO, Roger W. Paulsberg, is pleased to announce the hiring of Vicki Tracy as Director for The Arlington of Naples, a Lutheran Life Community. Vicki’s office is located at the Information Center for The Arlington, the all-new continuing care retirement community coming to Lely Resort.

Vicki Tracy has been a resident of Naples, Florida for 30-plus years. She is recognized throughout the community as a tireless advocate for children and seniors living in Southwest Florida. Vicki’s professional background includes key leadership roles in small company start-ups to larger entrepreneurial endeavors. Most recently, her career focus has been retirement living for seniors.
