  • St. Patricks Day celebrations at the Lutheran HomeMarch 19, 2012

    Everybody was Irish the week of St. Patrick’s Day at the Lutheran Home.  Activities filled the social calendars and days of many residents and visitors.   • St. Patrick’s Day cruise to Ireland

    Residents of Wittenberg Village boarded on a cruise to Ireland while staying in the comfort of the beautiful, newly remodeled dining room on March 17.  More residents attended than expected (nearly 90) for the cruise – making it more of an Irish celebration than a cruise-like experience.   • St. Pauls House gets an invitation to the Chicago Symphony ChorusMarch 17, 2012

    St. Pauls House was honored to be invited to attend a final rehearsal of the Chicago Symphony and Chorus on March 14.  The program featured Cherubini’s Requiem in C Minor and Schicksalslied, Op.54, and Shoenberg’s Kol Nidre  Op. 39.
