To accommodate individuals recovering from an acute illness or injury, Lutheran Home offers specialized
rehabilitation services in our
Medicare-approved nursing area. Our healthcare staff combined with licensed therapists in physical,
occupational and speech pathology tailor each plan of care to the resident’s specific needs with a goal
of attaining the highest level of function possible. Private rooms and the latest medical equipment enhance the
rehabilitation experience for all served. Residents may continue a wellness program through Lutheran Home’s
extended physical rehabilitation services, or our innovative SeniorFITness™ program. Through Alliance Rehab,
this 12-week fitness program is designed to improve strength, endurance and mobility. Under the direction of
an exercise physiologist, SeniorFITness™ utilizes Nautilus equipment uniquely designed for seniors and provides
participants with an exercise prescription for life.
