@HomeMatters is a program of Lutheran Life Communities and is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health as a home health agency. @HomeMatters is qualified to provide comprehensive care management services, including: medication management, skilled nursing care, certified nursing aide care, personal care assistance and referrals to physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies.
These services are available to adults in the northwest suburban Chicago communities, as well as older adults who live on the Lutheran Home campus in Arlington Heights.
